  1. This answered a lot of my questions I had regarding dose increases, thank you! One question though, the AAS that don’t aromatise – are they as anabolic in general as the non DHT derivatives you suggest?

    1. Via the AR, yes, all AAS drive protein accretion to roughly the same degree as one-another. Interactions with the ER is another anabolic pathway, so ‘net anabolism’ will be higher with AAS that interact with both the AR and the ER.

      1. Thanks Joe.
So then the decision to add DHT derivatives after an individual hits their maximum tolerable dose of testosterone rather than using an AI is primarily to increase longevity and health rather than maximising ‘growth?’ Thanks again.

        1. No, DHT-derivatives are to drive further anabolism via their interactions with the AR. Just like any other AAS, just without the estrogen contribution.

  2. Is there no benefit to an AI for the last week or days pre contest?

  3. This is amazing, I’ve taken 500 mgs of for 12 weeks about a year ago as my first cycle and saw amazing results. And a close friend of mine recommended I up the dosage to 650 but take an AI to prevent side effects and I’m not very knowledgeable on the subject so I decided to do some research ( I know I should’ve done it from the start) and I’m so glad I found you Joe. Been binging every vid and learning so much. Thank you for saving my health.
