  1. Hey Gareth,
I just watched through all 3 videos on acne and found them informative and easy to understand.
After watching, I have a couple questions:
    1) Do you have any advice on the use or effectiveness of topical products to help fight aas-induced acne? Some common ones I see are benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and various retinoids.
    2) I notice I get acne flare-ups when I increase my aas dose, and also when I decrease it. Once I have been at a dose for a little bit, the new acne heads seem to stop forming. If the mechanism behind acne forming due to an increase in inflammation / igf-1, why would decreasing the dose be a problem?
    3) I also notice my acne is much worse when I let my estrogen run high. If I keep it in the 30-40s (whether via use of AI or by not taking too much aromatizing compunds), my acne is not nearly as bad as if I let it drift up into the 50-100 range. If my total weekly aas load is the same, and the only thing changing is e2 going up or down, what might be a reason behind why I see more acne with higher estrogen?

    Thanks!
    Jeremy
